Sound Familiar?
Temu rewards discipline and punishes everything else.
The three things that cost Local Seller Program merchants the most money.
Margin quietly disappearing
Temu benchmarks your price against other sites and reviews it roughly every fortnight. Sellers who accept every price request without modelling the floor end up working at low single-digit margins without ever deciding to.
Listings rejected on data, not content
Temu cares less about your copy than about structured data — leaf category, variant attributes, weight, dimensions, country of origin, EAN at SKU level. Miss one and the item does not publish, and the reason is rarely obvious.
Compliance catching up with you
GPSR responsible-person details, CE and UKCA marking and test reports are audited, and non-compliant items are delisted. Since Temu’s own regulatory penalties in the EU, enforcement on sellers has tightened rather than relaxed.

Fit
Is this right for you?
We'd rather tell you now than three months in.
A good fit if…
- ✓You hold local stock and want to keep control of your own pricing
- ✓You can meet Temu’s despatch and tracking deadlines consistently
- ✓Your products can carry the compliance documentation their category needs
- ✓You want a floor price defended rather than a race to the bottom
- ✓You are considering more Temu regions than the one you started in
Probably not if…
- ✕You are on the fully managed model, where Temu already controls price and listing
- ✕Your margins cannot survive Temu’s price benchmarking, and you would rather not find out
- ✕You want guaranteed traffic — allocation on Temu is not something anyone can promise
- ✕You are unwilling to hold or document compliance evidence for your products
- ✕You need a one-off consultation rather than ongoing operational work
Temu FAQ
Common questions
Which Temu model do you work with?
The semi-managed route, usually called the Local Seller Program — you hold local stock, fulfil yourself and keep control of your own pricing. Under the fully managed model Temu sets your retail price and runs everything, so there is very little for us to add.
Do you need access to my Temu account?
Yes — at the level Temu allows. Access works differently on each marketplace, so we will tell you exactly what is needed before you grant anything, and it is limited to what the work requires.
How does Temu advertising work now?
It changed in June 2026. Single-product bidding was retired and all campaigns now run on Storewide ROAS — you set one target for the whole store and Temu decides which products get promoted. That means the real levers are your catalogue, your prices and your conversion rate, which is where our work goes.
Can I run more than one Temu store?
No. Since 2025 an entity may hold two stores at most — one semi-managed and one not. Multi-account strategies of the kind sellers use elsewhere are not available here.
Is ad spend included in your fee?
No. Promotion spend is paid directly to Temu from your account. Our fee covers managing it.
How long does approval take?
Temu reviews applications case by case. A well-prepared application with clean business documents and compliant products is the part you can control, and it is the part we handle.
What happens if my prices get pushed too low?
We set a floor per SKU before the conversation starts, so price reviews get answered against a number you have already agreed rather than in the moment. Where a product cannot work at Temu’s target, we will tell you that plainly.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Retainers run month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Tell us what you need.
Send us your catalogue and what you're trying to fix. We'll come back with a clear scope and a fixed price — no drawn-out sales process.

Selling somewhere else too?
The same team manages every major marketplace, storefront and B2B channel.
