Sound Familiar?
Walmart is stricter than Amazon, and less forgiving.
The three problems we see on almost every Walmart account we look at.
Items rejected or unpublished
Walmart’s content spec is unforgiving. A missing required attribute or a wrong taxonomy code and the item simply never goes live — often without an obvious reason in the dashboard.
Listing Quality Score ignored
Walmart tells you exactly how good your listing is and ranks you accordingly. Most sellers never open the report, and lose visibility to competitors who did.
Price parity penalties
Sell the same item cheaper elsewhere and Walmart can unpublish it. Sellers routinely lose listings to a rule they did not know existed.

Fit
Is this right for you?
We'd rather tell you now than three months in.
A good fit if…
- ✓You’re approved on Walmart, or ready to apply properly
- ✓You can meet Walmart’s delivery and cancellation standards
- ✓You want one team accountable for content, ads and pricing
- ✓You sell products with real demand rather than untested lines
- ✓You’d rather not learn Walmart’s content spec yourself
Probably not if…
- ✕You’re looking for guaranteed approval or overnight rankings
- ✕You need to price higher on Walmart than everywhere else
- ✕You cannot support fast, reliable dispatch
- ✕You want ads run with no pricing or content work behind them
- ✕Your catalogue data is too incomplete to build items from
Walmart FAQ
Common questions
Do you need access to my Seller Center account?
Yes — you add us as a user in Seller Center with only the permissions the work requires. Every marketplace handles partner access differently, so we will tell you exactly what to grant before you do it. You remain the owner and can revoke access at any time.
How is Walmart different from Amazon in practice?
Walmart publishes a Listing Quality Score and ranks on it, enforces price parity across the internet, and rejects items outright for content errors that Amazon would let through. It rewards discipline more than volume.
Why do my items keep getting unpublished?
Usually price parity — the same item selling cheaper on another site — or a content error against Walmart’s spec. Both are fixable, and both are things we monitor for as part of management.
Is ad spend included in your fee?
No. Walmart Connect spend is paid directly to Walmart from your account. Our fee covers managing it.
Should I use WFS or fulfil myself?
It depends on your margins, product size and how much of your volume is Walmart. We will model both during setup rather than pushing you toward one.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Retainers run month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
How long does approval take?
Walmart reviews applications case by case — typically two to four weeks. A well-prepared application with clean supporting documents is the main thing you can control.
Can you manage other marketplaces too?
Yes. We cover 15+ channels. Many clients run Walmart alongside Amazon with one team across both.
Tell us what you need.
Send us your catalogue and what you're trying to fix. We'll come back with a clear scope and a fixed price — no drawn-out sales process.
Other channels
Selling somewhere else too?
The same team manages every major marketplace, storefront and B2B channel.
