Sound Familiar?
Most Shopify stores are built once and never improved.
These are the three things holding back almost every store we look at.
A theme, not a shop
The store looks fine because the theme looked fine. Nothing about the page order, the product template or the checkout was decided based on how people actually buy.
Apps quietly slowing everything
A dozen apps installed over two years, half of them unused, all of them loading scripts on every page. The store gets slower each month and nobody notices until sales drift.
Traffic bought, never converted
Money goes into ads while the conversion rate stays where it was at launch. Doubling conversion is almost always cheaper than doubling traffic.

Proof
Results from real accounts.
Replace this section with one genuine client story — the single most persuasive block on the page.
Suggested shape: the client's category and starting position, the two or three things you changed, and the measurable outcome over a stated period — plus a quote from the client and their permission to publish.
Fit
Is this right for you?
We'd rather tell you now than three months in.
A good fit if…
- ✓You already have traffic, or a plan to get it
- ✓You’d rather improve conversion than simply buy more visitors
- ✓You want one team owning the store rather than five freelancers
- ✓You’re moving from another platform and cannot lose rankings
- ✓You’d rather spend your time on product than on the admin
Probably not if…
- ✕You want a cheap template filled in and nothing more
- ✕You expect a redesign alone to fix a demand problem
- ✕You have almost no traffic and no budget to get any
- ✕You want us to work directly on a live store with no staging
- ✕You’re looking for guaranteed conversion numbers
Shopify FAQ
Common questions
Do you need access to my Shopify admin?
Yes — a Shopify staff account with only the permissions the work requires. You stay the store owner and can revoke access at any time.
Will you build on a theme or from scratch?
Usually a well-chosen theme, customised properly. A fully custom build costs several times more and is rarely justified until you are at real scale — we will tell you honestly which you need.
Can you move me from WooCommerce or Wix without losing traffic?
Yes. The migration service maps 301 redirects and preserves URL structure and metadata, which is the part most migrations get wrong.
Do I keep working with you after launch?
Only if it is worth it. Plenty of clients take the build and run it themselves. Management exists for people who would rather not.
Will more apps fix my problems?
Usually the opposite. Part of our work is removing apps you are paying for and not using, because each one costs money and page speed.
How quickly will conversion improve?
Testing needs traffic and time — expect a meaningful read after a full cycle, not in the first fortnight. We will tell you what your traffic can realistically support.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Retainers run month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Can you connect Shopify to my marketplaces?
Yes — inventory and orders synced across Amazon, eBay, Walmart and the rest, so you are not managing stock in five places.
Tell us what you need.
Send us your catalogue and what you're trying to fix. We'll come back with a clear scope and a fixed price — no drawn-out sales process.
Other channels
Selling somewhere else too?
The same team manages every major marketplace, storefront and B2B channel.
