Sound Familiar?
Most sellers do not know what they earned last month.
Three reasons the number on the dashboard is not the number in the bank.
Cost of goods that is only half the cost
Unit cost gets entered and freight, duty, prep and storage do not. Every product then looks more profitable than it is, and the products that look best are often the ones losing money fastest once landed cost is included.
Costs that were never entered at all
Software subscriptions, agency fees, salaries, samples, the one-off charges that got absorbed. If they are not in the tool they are not in the profit figure, and the gap between the dashboard and the bank account is exactly that list.
Money sitting unclaimed
Inventory lost or damaged in a fulfilment centre, weights and dimensions charged incorrectly, fees applied wrongly. It is recoverable, and it goes unrecovered mostly because nobody has the time to go looking for it.

Fit
Is this right for you?
We'd rather tell you now than three months in.
A good fit if…
- ✓You sell on Amazon, Walmart or Shopify and want one view of profit
- ✓You suspect your real margin is lower than your dashboard says
- ✓You have never run a reimbursement audit
- ✓You are making buying decisions without reliable cost data
- ✓You need reporting an accountant or investor can rely on
Probably not if…
- ✕You are pre-launch with no sales history to analyse
- ✕You are unwilling to share supplier costs
- ✕You want profit reporting without maintaining cost data
- ✕Your only channel is one Sellerboard does not currently support
- ✕You need a one-hour consultation rather than implementation work
Sellerboard FAQ
Common questions
Which marketplaces does Sellerboard cover?
Amazon is the core of it, and it now also supports Walmart and Shopify. If you sell across those, one connected view of profit is worth considerably more than three separate dashboards. We will confirm current coverage for your particular setup before you subscribe.
What does Sellerboard itself cost?
It is one of the cheaper tools in this space — a modest monthly subscription, tiered by your order volume, with a discount for paying annually. You pay that directly to Sellerboard and it is not included in our fees. Compared with what a proper reimbursement audit tends to recover, the subscription is rarely the deciding factor.
Do you need access to my seller account?
Yes, to connect it and to verify the data is coming through correctly. Sellerboard also has granular rights, so we can be restricted by marketplace, by product set or to specific modules if you would rather we did not see everything.
Why is cost of goods such a big deal?
Because everything else is derived from it. If unit cost is entered without freight, duty, prep and storage, every product looks more profitable than it is — and the products that look best are frequently the ones quietly losing money. Getting this right usually changes at least one decision the client had already made.
How much do reimbursements typically recover?
It varies enormously with how long you have been selling and how much inventory moves through fulfilment centres. We do not quote a figure up front because anyone who does is guessing. The audit shows you what is claimable before any cases are filed.
Can you set it up so my accountant can use it?
Yes. Read-only access for accountants and investors is straightforward, and we reconcile the figures against your bookkeeping so the two tell the same story rather than arguing with each other.
I already have Sellerboard but do not trust the numbers.
That is the most common reason people come to us, and it is almost always cost of goods or missing expenses. We audit what is in there, fix the inputs, and then the outputs start being worth reading.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Projects are fixed scope and fixed price. The reporting retainer runs month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Tell us what you need.
Send us your catalogue and what you're trying to fix. We'll come back with a clear scope and a fixed price — no drawn-out sales process.
